The Brief


The aim was to establish 22seven as the go to budgeting app in South Africa. Increase 22seven's awareness and engagement.
#saveyourfuture is about making those who have experienced challenges during the pandemic and lockdown believe in the power of saving. Any amount is worth saving. Anyone can save.

Creative summary


22seven’s engagement with savers is varied and insightful. Based on insights provided by the businesses insights division, that 22seven aids and empowers South Africans, to believe in saving - the creative was built around this message. The process can begin with asking: why do people not save? We asked 22seven customers the same thing. Concluding with the message #saveyourfuture. This gave rise to the rest of the campaign.

Production


The whole campaign was delivered internally over 1 month (1 - 28th February 2021). The head of communications was responsible for the execution. I was the Lead designer responsible for the Art direction of the campagin video and creation of the social media creative.

SaveYourFuture Campaign Video


The campaign video set the tone for the entire campaign. This was a joined collaboration between myself and meyer productions. Due to time and budget, constraints I put together a video edit that illustrated the tone and messaging that 22seven wanted to portray. Meyer productions, concluded by adding additional edits amd colour correction on the final edit.
On a personal note I'm particularly proud of this campaign video, as it was put together within very strict budget constraints.
